Michael S. Dzialo
President, Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst

Before founding Managed Asset Portfolios (MAP) in late 2000, Michael Dzialo was a Senior Vice President
and the Director of Research for OLDE Discount Corporation (OLDE), a New York Stock Exchange
member firm. For five years, Mr. Dzialo also served on OLDE's management committee and Board of
Directors.  Prior to his nine years as Research Director, he was a securities analyst for five years, covering
numerous industries.

Under Mr. Dzialo's direction, analysts at OLDE were annually named to the Wall Street Journal's prestigious
All Star Analyst Team (1995-1999).  OLDE was Purchased by H&R Block in 1999.  Following the purchase,
Mr. Dzialo Served as a Senior Vice President and the Head of Asset Management for H&R Block Financial
Advisors.

Michael holds a BS degree in Finance from Wayne State University where he has also completed Graduate
Work.  He is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.


Peter J. Swan
Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst, International Equities

Before joining MAP in 2002, Mr. Swan was an Equity Analyst with Pacific Growth Equities, a brokerage firm
and investment bank with an Institutional focus.  His duties there included publishing research reports,
modeling and forecasting corporate results along with working with both private and public firms.

Prior to his tenure with Pacific Growth Equities, Mr. Swan spent six years at OLDE Discount Corporation
(OLDE) as an Equity Research Analyst.  At OLDE, he followed stocks primarily in the restaurant, leisure and
consumer brand (e.g., food, beverage and tobacco) industries. While at OLDE, Mr. Swan was recognized as an
"All Star Analyst" for stock picking (in gaming) by the Wall Street Journal in their 1997 survey.  Mr. Swan
began his securities industry career with First Midwest Securities in 1992.

Peter holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and a BS degree in
Agriculture from the University of Arkansas.  He is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.


Karen Caudill
Assistant Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst

Prior to joining MAP in 2001, Ms. Caudill worked for a New York Stock Exchange member firm for ten
years, of which nine were spent in the Research Departrment.  In her most recent position at the firm, Ms.
Caudill assisted in security analysis of the consumer brand and entertainment industries.  In her analysis, Ms.
Caudill interpreted and projected market conditions that influenced the valuations of the companies in the
above mentioned industries, as well as the financial conditions of specific companies.

Karen holds a BS degree in Finance from Wayne State University.  She is a Registered Investment Advisor
Representative.


John F. Dalton, CFA
Assistant Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst

Prior to joining MAP in 2006, Mr. Dalton worked for H&R Block Financial Advisors (formerly OLDE
Discount Corporation) for 15 years as one of the firm's leading Financial Advisors.  He advised approximately
150 families and institutions by utilizing a wide variety of financial products to help his clients meet their
financial goals and objectives.  Mr. Dalton also had success in managing two of the firm's larger branch offices
in Oak Lawn and Glenview, IL.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Finance specialization from Marquette University and a MBA
from the University of Chicago.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member in good
standing of the CFA Society of Chicago.

When away from work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.  He is also very active in the
St. Andrew Parish community and he dedicates time to their finance committee.


Carlos Rangel, CFA, CIPM
Assistant Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst

Mr. Rangel joined MAP as an Associate Analyst in 2001 and was promoted to Research Analyst in 2002 with a
focus on the Technology sector. Carlos is also an adjunct professor at Walsh College, where he teaches a course
in investments.

Carlos is a CFA charterholder, a CIPM certificate holder, and Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
He holds a degree in Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.


Dan Patterson
Client Relations Manager and Senior Financial Advisor

Mr. Patterson's securities industry career started in 1984 when he joined OLDE Discount Corporation
(OLDE).  He worked in various capacities such as financial advisor, Branch Manager, Regional Manager,
Manager of the Mutual Fund Department, Manager of the Bond Department, Manager of the Customer
Service Department, as well as Chairperson of the OLDE 401(k) Administrative Committee.  In 1996, Mr.
Patterson was promoted to the position of National Sales Director and appointed to the firm's nine-member
Management Committee as well as the firm's three-member Board of Directors.

In December of 1999, OLDE Financial Corporation was purchased by H&R Block and Mr. Patterson served
as a member of the Board of Directors and held the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Financial
Advisor Training for H&R Block Financial Advisors until March of 2001.  In August of 2001, Mr. Patterson
joined MAP as Client Relations Manager.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Albion College and he is a
Registered Investment Advisor Representative.


Thomas P. Fitzgerald
Managing Director – Illinois Region  

Before joining MAP in 2005, Mr. Fitzgerald served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
of H&R Block Financial Advisors, Inc. where he was a member of the firm’s senior leadership, responsible for
overall management of the operational and support functions of the financial services firm, and Chair of the
firm’s Investment Committee.  As Senior Vice President and General Counsel of OLDE Financial Corporation,
he provided counsel on a full-range of business and legal issues, and was a member of the firm’s Executive
Management Committee.

As outside counsel in private practice, Mr. Fitzgerald concentrated on financial services matters, providing
business and legal advice to various financial services industry participants, including national and regional
brokerage firms, investment advisers and investment companies.  Mr. Fitzgerald began his professional career
at the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission where he was a Staff Attorney, then Special Trial Counsel, in
the Branch of Enforcement.  He was recognized with outstanding ratings and performance awards for
investigating and prosecuting violations of the federal securities laws.

Mr. Fitzgerald earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with Honors from the University of Illinois, a Master
of Business Administration in Finance with Distinction from DePaul University and a Juris Doctorate with
High Honors from Illinois Institute of Technology / Chicago-Kent College of Law.  He has also published
articles and conducted seminars on topics pertaining to the financial services industry.

Tom is a licensed attorney, a member of various securities industry professional associations and a Registered
Investment Adviser Representative.


Anthony Lamberti
Client Relations Specialist

Mr. Lamberti joined MAP in 2001 and he has worked in the financial services industry since 1987.  His
experience has exclusively focused on helping his clients achieve their financial goals.  Most recently, at GMAC
Mr. Lamberti was in the residential mortgage business where he advised clients on new purchase and refinance
loans.  In his more than 10 years in the mortgage business, Mr. Lamberti originated over $200 million in
mortgages.  From 1987 to 1990, he worked in retail banking management.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Wayne
State University.


Robert C. Naber
Senior Financial Advisor

Mr. Naber joined MAP in 2006 with 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.  His career began
in 1992 with H&R Block Financial Advisors (formerly OLDE Discount Corporation) where he worked in
various back office departments learning the nuts and bolts of the securities industry.  He went on to hold
several positions including Financial Advisor, Branch Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager and
Assistant Vice President.

As Regional Manager and Supervisory Principal, Mr. Naber led a sales force of more than 100 advisors in
California, Oregon and Washington.  His responsibilities included client acquisition and retention, revenue
growth, regulatory compliance, recruiting and training, supporting company initiatives and real estate oversight.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Finance specialization and a minor in Political Science from
Marquette University.
